My 18th

As I mentioned previously here, October is the month of my birth and this year marks the 18th year I have been alive - crazy, right? I feel incredibly old now.

I was lucky enough to spread my birthday across 3 days - the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I was also lucky to spend it with some lovely people.

Things That I Loved About My Birthday
  • Waking up to my boyfriend.
  • Being surprised with balloons.
  • Getting one of my favourite fragrances.
  • Having my first birthday at work and it was great.
  • Getting a Foo Fighters cake made by my sister.
  • Getting a Frozen cake too!
  • Having two meals.
  • Convincing my mum to get me a Frozen balloon.
  • Being surrounded by loved ones.
  • Seeing my grandparents being happy and lively.
  • Ellis bonding more with my family.
  • I bonded more with his family.
  • Playing Forza Horizon.
  • Eating a lot of food.
  • Getting a ring off my mum which is what she got for her 18th.
  • My dad offering to get me driving lessons.
  • Seeing my nephew and my nieces be happy and play!
  • Seeing my nephew drink two fruit shoots and being hyper.
  • Getting my first charm bracelet off my nan & grandad.
  • All the lovely presents I received and the thought that went into them.
  • Not getting legless - not my thing.

Now I am 18 I'm excited to be able to get into bars to have cocktails with my boyfriend, get a tattoo, start driving...I'm so excited! Here are some pictures:

  2. Loving the cupcakes. This looks like a really cool 18th. I'm glad you stuck to your values! Ahh, wow, I can't believe it's been a few years since I hit your age! I'm 21 in March. :/
