The British Tag

1. How many cups of tea do you have a day? How many sugars?
It all depends on where I am. If I'm at my dads house all day I will attempt to have 3/4 because his cups of tea are perfection in a cup. If I'm at my mum's probably just 1/2 because she doesn't put much passion into her brew making. If I'm anywhere else or alone I will have just 1 because my brew skills aren't particularly very good and Ellis can never be bothered to make me one. Up until like 4 days ago I would have 2 white sugars but then I tried agave syrup but that lasted about a day because it isn't very nice. Now I'm on brown sugar and I have 1 and a half of those. Lol, who knew I could ramble on about tea so much?
2. Favourite part of your roast
Roasties if they're made well. If not it's the stuffing and the gravy.
3. Favourite dunking biscuit
Fox's Irresistibly Chocolatey Cookies/Biscuits. Although I try to steer away from them because they have a lot of calories and when I have one I want them all.
4. Favourite quintessentially British pastime?
Drinking tea would have to be it. I don't do anything else particularly British very often except for that!
5. Favourite word?
Pardon? If that can be a British word. It sounds pretty British and I say it in a posh accent so I guess it will be British. I don't know why but I hate saying "what?" I just say pardon instead.
6. Cockney rhyme slang?
I'm Northern so I understand none of that stuff!
7. Favourite sweet/ chocolate
Depending on how I'm feeling this changes! I'm so so fussy! I hate anything nutty. I love Cadbury's Oreo bars as long as I don't have any sign of a bad belly. Also Jelly Tots, Skittles, Tangfastics and Aero.
8. What would your pub be called?
St. Wren. (My nickname is Jennie Wren...)
9. No.1 British person
I can't pick a No.1. Oli Sykes and Stefan Abingdon.
10. Favourite shop / restaurant?
H&M. I have no idea if that's British or not. I don't have a favourite English restaurant, I only ever go to Italian ones!
11. What British song pops into your head?

Fresh Start Fever by You Me At Six.
12. Marmite?

I've never in my life tried it but I've decided I don't like it and never will try it.

I tag everyone. Thanks to Emily from The Velvet Wonder for letting me do this tag!

Lots of Love

  4. Roast potatoes are the best part of the roast dinner - especially when they are crispy. You can't beat stuffing too.

  5. H&M is Swedish! But it is very much part of the British highstreet.

Roast potatoes are a definite must for a roast, though I do love a good Yorkshire Pudding too!
